    just took car out for last time before i put it away for winter an oel has come up on clocks i know this means oil change but had it serviced a stealers 3 week ago have they fogot to reset things or dose it know when the oil is knackered like some modern cars? an olso this is the third service it has had in the last 7000 miles how often will the car tell you it need an oil change ? thanks for looking lee

    find someone with a sony head unit an changer and plug you changer in to there head unit should work other than that i dont know another way

    just a thought ilost my ncb when i got the works van as i didnt take insurance out for 5 years having a look round a few companys do this i got a letter from my then boss saying i had been driving a company vehicle (dont tell them its a van just say vecicle or this dose not count) for 5 years with no claims and they gave me 5 years ncb might help some of you might not but it saved me i bita money i no direct line do this as it was them i did it with might be someone on here in same boat its worth a try

    i might sell mine if you want a red one 46ooo full vwsh 1 previous owner it had done 39000 in first 10 years pm me a number will tell you wat mods its got to many to list and it has just been painted just for cosmetic reasons put alle gen parts front and back bumpers two new wings so it looks like face lift model got side skirts to fit in blsck so they not on on the pic [ Edited Sun Oct 10 2004, 06:35PM ]

    i got a polo coupe as run around was guna useit just for winter bu it only cost 170 to insure so just keep it till it dies. it has all ov 1053cc and 45bhp as far as i can see good on juce tho and the dogs go in well too [ Edited Sat Oct 09 2004, 01:19PM ]

    soon as i find a run around i will be putting my car away for the winter . dose anybody els do this if so how often should it be started? also is there any paint protecter that should be applied thanks lee

    i have vr6 front bumper and grill in shed but its off a 93 got the back bumper too if you want them to mach but they are red tho but wont cost much to paint [ Edited Sun Oct 03 2004, 09:53PM ]

    went for a toad cat 1 seems good so we will have to see thanks foe any advice will get the disc lock soon as get back off hols next week

    i want that car but dose the 2.9 not have problems as it ages thoughtabout putting my stufin an estate think i might just buy a lada estate fot the dog. also i getting another dog a rescue one so will have 2 of them. anybody remember turner and hooch? well thats wat my dog is and the new one will be the same which is y i dont want to be carting them round in mine

    the car is worth as much as you want to pay i payed a bit over for mine L 93 in august last year paid 4400 for it but full vwsh no prev owners and 39000 miles up to you if you like it get it !!!

    na not likley think i forgot most of what i lernt at school plus english was not my strongest point never used been a butcher for 15 years never held me back tho i got my own place an employ 4 people but yes i am not the sharpest tool in the box now maths is a differant story [ Edited Mon Sep 06 2004, 10:50PM ]

    can these be got as my littlepuppy is now growing soon to be an 10 to 11 stone monster and like the drive so much and if any body got one the want to sell or part x spent a bit on its in body shop now for full respray as i am taking kit off to make itlook likeface lift modle with new vag wings not copys and newfront and back genuine bumpers its got shrick and cams with chip fitted by stealth, full highline int 46000 miles 1 pre owner a doctor and FULL vwsh had toad cat 1 fitted today alpine mini disc head unit with changer in boot . 211bhp and200.9lb ft loads of paper work all original stuf

    what do you all have or recomend as i only got the stnd alarm which from what i hear is not very hard to by pass an thus lose it an all the money i spent on it aswell
