Pagid Vented/Grooved discs with Pagid fast Road pads....seem good. Dont get EBC Discs with Green stuff pads mine warped within 8k miles...the pad is just too hard.

All sorted now.....cleaned throttle body out lots of built up deposits...its perfect now.

cheers sankeys will do...its going into Awesome GTI 2mrw....John at Awesome reckons the EBC discs will be warped as they say its common for the EBC discs to warp when using Green stuff pads, they do not recommend fitting them as the pads are too hard.

Any body encounter idling problems after AmD remap?

Ive just bought a vr6 with the koni suspension kit with the koni springs and eibach anti roll bar kit fitted by AmD. The ride is very hard even on soft setting but i think thats due to the koni springs...eibach would be better...however the roll bars are sweet....very flat round the corners now...however the car does pull to the left....will have to get that checked out. I'm going down the coilover route as I intend to get some 16*9's so the konis will be for sale soon.

Hi ppl Picked up a vr6 this weekend, been a long time feels good to be back. Anyway its got the EBC vented and grooved discs up fron with EBC Green stuff pads done about 8000 miles. When braking from high speeds like 80mph its fine...but soon as the speed hits 40mph and below the steering wheel starts to vibrate a lot. Firstly I thought this could be due to warped brake discs but I would expect it to vibrate even at high speed when braking and not just 40mph and below? Any ideas?....the car also has the Eibach anti roll bar kit.

A standard TT takes an age to get to 100mph....you really have to chip the 225bhp engine to get it going....you should easily stay with him mark...once your charged up its game over!!!!

speedo its a private reg...the car is on a P97. Please explain speed0 OBD2 ecu.....why wudnt i need this? Ray

not really mike.....apparently it makes the car more responsive.
