all bolts 40nm all bolts 60nm all bolts 90 degrees and then all bolts another 90 degrees bolt positions and order to be tightened 18 14 8 2 7 13 16 10 4 1 5 11 17 20 12 6 3 9 15 19

you could always look into a bigger throttle body also

yea it is if u look on the top image in the BMC guide *partly done* ull see how HUGE the diamater is on that thing

the thing behind the headlight is what im on about... u just need to join the 2 pipes together.... and feed the pipe through that hole keeps it all tidy ull have to get it on the ramps or take the front bumper off to remove that though.

hi there mate im stuck at work.. so here i am you could always take out the carbon canister thingy (if it's legal to do so in ur country) and run a pipe down there.... or... get a BMC... look in the guides in the BMC section to see where the carbon canister thingy is.... im gonna remove it from mine and run the intake pipe that came with my BMC filter to help the air flow....

cool mate im tryin get a VAG-COM setup so i can do me own diagnotics

not sure what that means... have you tried google for the fault codes? i want to get a full chart with codes on and what the fault is and how to fix it

anyone got a VAG-COM setup around the stoke area? i wanna plug mine in and see what errors im having... im running under power atm...

I had it done at Kar Kare oposite the Honda garage in conbridge.... If you ever go... Say that the Guy with the Green VR6 sent you It cost £12 BTW! Before.... After... I told him not to bother with the rocker cover and manifold.... Got new one's on the way - Manifold gonna be polished.. Pete
