Russ_vr6 12 Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 dont worry mate,mines an early vr and on my coilovers i parked next to my mates std vr and we worked out mines down approx 55mm and iv got the bigger front spoiler,jus gotta take it easy goin over speed bumps,the spoiler bends the underside of the car doesnt lolpls exuse the un treated trim and tyres! suzyGTI 0 Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 dunno if this will help but my gti is down 60mm on 17's. now the springs have bedded in its more like 70mm dropped. i have the deep splitter on the front and i have no probs with it unless i drive quick towards a speedbump and then ram the breaks on!! had the same springs on with the standard 15" wheels too and didnt have too much of a problem but it did scrape now and then Link to post Share on other sites
