bazz780 0 Posted May 17, 2006 Report Share Posted May 17, 2006 hey guys, the car has gone in ONCE AGAIN for more attention....this time the water pump is leaking, temp switch needs replacing and both the rear wheel bearings need replacing (so iv been told)i have been quoted 280 pounds all inclusive to get this done, this is by an independant vw specialistdoes the price sound right?160 = water pump supply and fitted45 = rear bearing supply and fit (90 pounds for both)20 = replace temp switch as needle is tempermental.i have told him to do this as i need the car for motorway trip this weekend.hope i aint gettin done over thats all... cheers :^) Link to post Share on other sites
