Geastb 0
If i put 5mm spacers on do i have to get longer wheel bolts? Or can i use my old ones? :?
acf8181 0
yeah, i'd have thought so.i'd also avoid gettin spacers that aren't specifically designed for your car, as i believe vw's are hubcentric...which means that the hub carries some of the load...if you get the wrong spacers it won't be and all the load will be going on the wheel nuts, which could well fail! Geastb 0
Bugger - the spacers i've got are universal fit! Not hubcentric - where do i get a set of hubcentric spacers?
kilokilla 0
if you can get 3mm on the wheel still sits on the original hub so you can get away with universal ones but you need to put your 5mm on 1 of fronts quickly just to make sure you got enough room to put 3mm on.
