Try a local garage mate. 4 holes that size, to be plugged up shouldn't cost that much, but bear in mind they will have to at least, lift your carpets and maybe remove and refit seats.

Wouldn't of thought anymore than a £100.

Is it a diy job, yeah, if you can weld!!!

They are holes used for letting water out of the inside of the car (as I found out!).

Shouldnt fail the MOT on them at all unless the are rotting away around the edges I suppose.

As rich says there put on the car so your can drain it of water, after, for example, parking your car nose first in a slurry ditch.

Even if they have rotted I don't see how that would be an MOT fail, there not near anything structural that I can remember.
