snares123 0 Posted February 19, 2006 Report Share Posted February 19, 2006 hey guys ive got a obd1 1993 golf standard and was just wondering if the brakes are the same setup all round as a gti in the same year as there is no haynes for them i have a manual on vr6 engines but not the other stuff, brakes wire diagrams ect and need 1 as i need to loob and take apart the rear near side caliper as it is ceased.any help would be brillcheers Link to post Share on other sites

dubloke 4 Posted March 8, 2006 Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 rear calipers are reknowned for ceasing, mainly due to idiots changing pads and not bothering to wind in the rear pistons but forcing them home. this fubar's them eventually and they end up ceasing! Link to post Share on other sites
