MK2R32 0 Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Though about putting the r32 box & drive train in my MK2 when we did the engine conversion but it was just the physical size of the box that put up off, it would need alot of fabrication to get it in.If you want to buy the complete running gear from an R32 then I'm your man. badboyV6 4 Posted August 10, 2006 Report Share Posted August 10, 2006 Hi mate- ive looked into this with the fourmotion, into the syncro.The gearbox is different so you would need bespoke driveshafts for it to fit, and a bespoke gearbox mount that you can get from the states - a guy on vortex does them Link to post Share on other sites

Phat VR6 3 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 Sounds like it will, you just need a grinder a rolling R32, lots of time, somwhere to fab you up some drivshafts up and a welder.I want to take my front wheel drive Mk3 and fit R32 4 wheel drive system! How would i go about getting a syncro floor pan without buying a syncro?Or would it make more sence to mod my own rear end using space frame chassie? Link to post Share on other sites
