bazz780 0
hey guys, i have a powerflow D-Cat straight through stainless steel exhaust at the moment. Sounds awesome but it is serving a bit too loud at the moment.1) will putting the CAT back on make the tone a bit more silent?2) what is the best set up to have? i.e. cat back or just back box??cheers guys. the matrix 0
Yes, if you put the cat back on it will make it quieter, you will lose a very slight amount of power aswell-but it will get you through the mot!If you have a cat back s/s exhaust over a box back it will provide more power and be louder aswell than just the back box. But, if your buying a new system and on a budget, a back box will do!For reference, ive got a cat back and thinking about getting a cat bypass!
