28v6r 0
Go talk to Steve Creswell, He's the owner of the Company and a good friend when I used to run Audi Ecosse, a very helpful guy very knowledgeable person and comes highly recommended..I don't think you'll go far wrong there his reputation is to much at risk to be a "Dandy Highwayman"... Petesvw 0
I've spoke with roy down at C+R on a few occasions now and he seems very knowledgeable about the old VR. I am also having them do me a stage one head in the new year. Not dealt with 'em as yet, but i intend to, dunno if that helps?

stuey 0
When i went there, they knackered my handbrake gaiter by rolling the leather down the handbrake handle so they could adjust the handbrake cable. When i asked what had happened, they said that was how it comes. I was too tired to realise at the time what they had done! When i got home i had a right job rolling it back down the handle, then the little clip around the handbrake button was pinching it so it wouldn't release. To be honest i wouldn't go back after them bulls*******g me like that.
Petesvw 0
Forgot to mention, steve croswell also does "the brain" section in GOLF+ mag, the equivalant to the question section by the phirm in PVW!
Dubsingh 0
every specialist has his/her own opinions it all comes down to personal experience with involved parties...i prefer to gather advice and try tackle the job my self its cheaper and you lear about your car
stuey 0
I second that, if i can do something myself i always try to, you know it has been done to your satisfaction then. I hate getting other people to do stuff, especially builders! Theres no doubt Steve Creswell knows his stuff.
