fritzenberg 3 Posted September 17, 2005 Report Share Posted September 17, 2005 foud a small bit of rust(about 2"x2")under the rubber door seal on passenger side,done a temp repair on it withrust remedy,wire brush and touch-up pen,what concerns meis the rust had penatrated a bit to the stage that i was scraping small chunks of rusty metal away,please tell methis can be sorted??!!also,say if you were getting a full respray done could theycoat it in zink or somthing before the paint goes on so thissort of thing won`t happen again?why the fek didn`t they galvanise mk3`s at the factory.........tight fisted german clowns!! ~ Link to post Share on other sites
