Since I have owned it I have had it serviced and had to replace:
    1 rear caliper.
    Clutch Master Cylinder.
    Drivers side electric window actuator.

Paint is in very good condition.
It had a few spots underneath welded and protected at the time of the conversion so there's no body rust.
Tires are all very good with loads of tread left.
Heater matrix all hooked up & working for the new dash.
All dash dials work.
Interior in good condition, no rips or tears.
Original books and first aid kit.
3 books of receipts.

Bad bits:
If you don't drive it for over 2 weeks the battery will discharge so much that you'll need to jump it.
I get around this by leaving it plugged into a battery conditioner when it's in the garage.
The odometer doesn't record the distance traveled due to the conversion.
