Bealieboy 1,625
So chaps, I may have made a new purchase of a certain nothelle golf but it does have a couple of issues which I was hoping to pick oc members brains on. There's a pretty bad misfire below 2500rpm from cold. The alarm sounds once the battery is connected and continues to sound quietly when the car is locked. The instrument cluster comes and goes, sometimes working and sometimes not. Anyone experienced these faults before or have ideas anyone? (Sensible ideas please)
VR6CABBS 1,311
id be plugging it in first pal before you start putting your finger on things and trying to find the fault. And that gas conversion needs ripping out. My mate had it fitted on his R32 and because it ran that hot it gave him nothing but trouble. I'd be illuminating the obvious first then look into other things if the problem persists.... Bealieboy
