cold air intake feed

Recommended Posts

I've currently got my front wing off to carry out some sill repair, and thought about adding in a cold air feed or maybe even stretch to a BMC CDA whilst I've got room to work. As you can see from the picture i've currently got a pipercross filter only, and as I plan on tracking my car, I want to increase the amount of cold air in to the system. I can't see that there's much room going down in to the bay as the charcoal filter is in the way of a possible route for an intake feed. Is it worth just getting rid of that to make space? What do people usually do when fitting a CDA for example?

Cheers

Yeh he's done a great job, tastefully modded, I love the subtle look! Lol, on a serious note you could replace the fogs and reflector for an upper intake and run a cold feed from there, I think vw international have some in stock
