always best to have a manual, and the bentley is worth every penny. you gotta use the correct torques and procedure when bolting it back on.

basically though....

remove...

leads/coilpack/lead guides/cam cover/aux water pump/upper inlet manifold/timing chain 'bolt' tensioner/top chain cover/top chain runner that is attached to head(important or you'll snap it when you put head down on bench - thats what i did!), undo exhaust manidolf to downpipe, undo head bolts, remove.
