Biggazvr6 0
Saw him in front on one of my twisty back roads. Had a very good run with him. His pulled maybe 3-4 cars on the straights but through the twisties and the long corners I was on his arse. We pulled up in local village square and had a good chat! His first remark was 'what the hell's in that golf'!!! My punie little 2.8 with 190bhp was my reply. I think he was a bit supprised to say the least. GTR was a fresh jap import with a proven 400bhp, showed me the print out! (bit sad that he actually keeps it in the car)! Lol Not had such a spirited drive for a long while. I'm still buzzing with the adrenaline. Good old little golf! Even with a slight miss fire!
oldmandon 1
Nice...........driver skill there I thinks......GTR should blow our little golfs to the weeds..... but good effort...nice to have a challenge in life!!!!!!!!!!
Biggazvr6 0
That's what I thought! He was on my turf so to speak. He would have blown me on a slip road but it was very entertaing watching his arse end twitch about in front of me! I was spinning out of every corner! Very good fun. That's why I like the golf over my scoob as it's much more useable power and more fun as watching him wrestle with the r33 proved a handful like the scoob was!

Especially long wide ones.Usually short lived though due to legal restrictions....Only 530 BMW or 330s knocking about around here.
craggsy 91
It's not big and it's not clever racing on the streets, but I love pissing off BMW M cars and the odd Porsche with a few evo/scooby to warm the tyres up
CALICO 130
Too much turbo lag on skylines with big hp figures look good on paper but its got to be usable on the road. Good effort .
