Soon to be donating its running gear in to a nice a clean 1.4 or gti when i find one that is! Let me know your thoughts and ideas. Oh and the cage is for sale soon as i remove it lol. MickVR6 0 Posted April 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 Reason for the swap is i want something i can do the long road trips and meets in plus it would be easier to do that than try putting the inside back to standard as all the excess metal like seat rails,seat belt points etc etc have been reomved. Like the sleeper idea aswell. The engine looks pretty standard apart from the internals so nothing to shout about just yet. MickVR6 0 Posted April 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 The cage is going on flee bay as soon as i cut it out the harnesses and seats are gone,all abit over kill for the road i think lol. i guess i could always plastic weld the tow eye hole if i use the bumper.
