This is how i did mine, and if i ever require more gauges ill simply extend either down or across. I did it this way as it almost looks like it was put there by the factory. I got the inspiration from the corrado and old audi coupe gauges. Obviously its a little bit more work than just putting a panel somewhere, not much and not difficult though.

Hell yes it passed MOT... and got them for FREE !!!! inc gauges of another member... JASON who's soon to be leaving VR6 ownership :(

Notice the New shiney starter button in dash too.... yummy...Couldn't put them where Matt did as i just built another unit ..

Looks awesome mate, I like the dials on the piller!! Right then I need to find a Piller Gauge Holder!!

That sounds like hard work, I am not good a stuff like that. I found some holders on eBay but the most important ones are the AFR gauge so I can see the mixture and the boost.

What ever your happyest doinbg mate... if your not good at the hands on stuff buy ready made stuff.. Perosnally those types i don't like but that's what makes it great in the VR6 Club everyones different ...

Could you not look at mounting behind steering wheel ? i've seen a plastic replacement for the steering column ...
