Hi All

i am new to the forum, i just need some advice from all you vr6 guru's, i decided to change my upper guide rail as it was cracked, i then also decided to change my cam sensor and the other part on the cam sproket not sure of the name, in doin so i think i messed up my cam timing cause the cam has jumped a few teeth (note the longer cam which sits on exhaust side). the shorter cam has stayed in its original position the intermediate shaft has not turned and the crank pulley marks line up correctly, now for the life of me i cannot get the longer cam to line up with the lockin tool its about 3.5mm off from the lockin tool to slide in will this be a problem, somebody please help me as i dont wanna assemble anythin until i am 100% sure my timing is rite
