Anyone bought 1 of the kits you can get off ebay?

Is it a decent kit or better kits out there?

A worth while thing to fit?

Ive only seen the oil temp go as high as 98. But my mate who had a VR jetta has his alot higher.

Inlet and everything is soo hot. Anything I can do/fit to keep the temp down?

I bought my oil cooler kit from eBay from a matty something or other. Mocal cooler and sandwich plate. It will be for sale soon as I get pics sorted out

if its a decent make then there shouldnt be any problem with it 9 row should be fine for standard vr6

My VR runs at between 95 - 104 depending whether i'm giving it some or not. Dont see the point in cooling the car down even more unless you have increased the cars performance massivly.

I bought the same kit, no probs with fitting, i think its all mocal stuff?

Oh and 98 deg oil temp is well within the limits of the oils operating temp, don't worry about it!

I am also looking into matt lewis racing on ebay. What sort of temp does the oil run at after you fit one?
