My car has a VANAAKEN logo on the back from when I bought it and after much searching I discovered VANAAKEN Developments (tuning company) on the web. I'd never heard of them before but contacted them to see what they had done to my car. They have lost their old records but reckon it probably has one of their chips in. The car does seem to go exceptionally well, I haven't checked the chip as yet but just wondered (if anyone else has one) what the expected bhp gain might be on one of these. mina 0 Posted February 21, 2004 Report Share Posted February 21, 2004 I had an AmD rechip on my previous VR6 - to be honest I couldn't tell that much difference apart from it feeling a bit perkier and the top end a bit stronger. A RR session would definitely confirm what sort of power your car is putting out. Most rechips give around 10-15bhp and 5-10 lbft. Link to post Share on other sites
