Ben Seabrook 4
Im thinking on my A pillar. spadam 7
Excellent find there mate. Half the price of the ones i was looking at. Do these fit well and easy to fit. I allways get put off when something says universal dont want it looking naff. is it a simple case of clipping it in place and bit of black silicone.
Ben Seabrook 4
no idea mate ! but remember there was loads on there when I was looking just type in 3 pod holder or something similar and plenty of styles - yeah might take a bit of work to fit them but as you say nothing a bit of black silicone or clear adhesive couldnt sort out ! spadam 7
At that price i will give it a go. Was thinking about putting them down by the gearstick but i have a fischer cd holder in there and dont want to remove it.
Ben Seabrook 4
you can get one which sits on the plastic trim around the steering wheel although that would only hold two gauges I think mate, looks smart though
spadam 7
Yea have seen them but wouldnt they block your view to the speedo and rev counter etc.
Ben Seabrook 4
yeah I wondered that too as I havent seen them installed in a mk3 before but they claim they don't !!

editionmatt 1
ohhh poly bushes, i want hmmm i wander if theres anyway of mounting them where the middle air blowers are. only thing about having them on the pillar is it kinda reminds me of a boy racer with an escort with a votage gauge and extra rev counter just to look cool

spadam 7
Thought it would be a good safety measure for when supercharged. Was planning on boost, oil pressure and AFR gauges.
spadam 7
Well went to Paula on Tuesday and got my new calipers, disks and pads fitted all round. spadam 7
Depends how much money i have lol.Ideally i want a rotrex charger. May even get a schrick manifold for good measure but not sure yet.
*P3nfold* 0
I got to say from the research I have done Craigs Rotrex was the best deal!!If I can make Sunday maybe we could have a good chat? The schrick is awesome and worth every penny to me, I got to say unless you have one its hard to comment but the for the money its alot to spend especially with the addition costs associated with the charger, e.g Header Spacer, ARP Bolts, Metal Head Gasket, Cams possibly, larger injectors, remap etc...When I was looking at forced, I personally would not spend the dollar on the schrick.
