matty.vrt 120
I found the front wish bone (rear bushes) and the rear beam bushes made the most differance to mine.
bungy 2
Is it not easier to buy a complete kit and do the lot?

Ben Seabrook 4
if you buy the Bugpack kits for the mk2 you get pretty much all the bits you need for the mk3 !! http://www.vwheritage.com/bbt/Suspension-Steering-Drivetrain/Aftermarket/Bushings/?templateID=bbt#bugpack
Dazdub 0
Go on Awesome GTI site and it will give you a list of all them for your car. Worth doing mate. Hope that helps
spadam 7
Ben Seabrook when you say pretty much all you need what is missing. as it says mk2/3 not pas im assuming that means not for power assited steering which i have. Do you just not get the mounts for steering rack or something.
Ben Seabrook 4
think you get everything tbh mate and you defo get the steering rack mounts - think they are harsher than the powerflex ones tbh if you give them a call they are helpfull
b19drg 0
Thanks guys , gonna go for the bug pack ones and then see if i can work out how to fit them ? do you thik it is a diy job ? have a average level of skill ! also is it best to get standard top mounts for the front ?
Ben Seabrook 4
it is a diy job but I have heard that you have to be quite forceful with some of the bushes to get them in, you need a big mallet
Phat VR6 3
DIY ish... you got to support the engine for some. rear axal is a bastard audi TT OEM bush for the rear wishbone bush.. trust me
bungy 2
Sometimes getting the old bush out takes a little effort but the replacements usually go in ok. This is off a different car but a little persuassion gets them out.

Ben Seabrook 4
think you get everything tbh mate and you defo get the steering rack mounts - well you do but I have been advised that the steering rack bushes don't fit pas cars apart from that all good
thegoth 5
think you get everything tbh mate and you defo get the steering rack mounts - think they are harsher than the powerflex ones tbh if you give them a call they are helpfull don't think the mk2 rack mounts will fit a mk3. My similair mk2 / mk3 kit had two sets. Also the rear axle ones are bigger on a mk3
