amit 0 Posted December 13, 2004 Report Share Posted December 13, 2004 right......if you you look at the air intake pipe curving towards the throttle body, you will see a rubber pipe that comes off it and goes somewhere under the top left hand corner of the vr6 plastic panel. The pipe has a black disc (with possbile metallic terminals)to it aswell.This pipe is broken, and i can hear hissing sounds from it. all the time. What is this part, what purpose does it serve and whats the best way to repair it. Also if this is pipe is broken, can it contribute towards poor idling. [ Edited ] Link to post Share on other sites
