bazz780 0
ONE QUESTION:i know there is a rubber seal (ring) at the top of the cylinder, where is the plastic ring supposed to be located on the sensor? is that just after the rubber seal or ....??if i wernt careful enough when taking it out, it would have slipped off and dropped in to the engine,
acf8181 0
sorry bazz id ont have a clue what bit you're talking about...my sensor was all one piece.pics?
bazz780 0
it is one piece, there is a rubber ring right on top of the shaft near the holder bit, and there was a plastic ring that came out with the sensor too- im assuming this would have been located on the top of the shaft as well (nearest the coil pack)
acf8181 0
do you mean you took the whole top timing chain cover off?
bazz780 0
no i just took the black casing off, took the one hex bolt off, pulled the sensor out and thats it, anyways, it felt REALLY fast initially but i think its died back down lol, might just change it when i get the chance
