Geastb 0
I've fitted a momo boss kit and steering wheel (inc snap off kit) and i have 2 problems:1) When using the turn signals they don't automatically switch off after turning corners (i've turned the steering wheel completly 360 deg to check the boss isn't mounted in the incorrect postion)2) With the snap off kit fitted the steering wheel is too far away from the indicator and washer stalks.Has anyone else had these problems - if so how did you get round them? acf8181 0
1) are sure its the right boss for the car, should have a bit coming out to switch off the indicators.2) you'll get used it.
binliner 0
are the first and second problems connected possibly?
Geastb 0
It has the little lug for switching off indicators but it don't seem to connect! I've heard there is a collar that can be removed on the steering?? I'm assured its the correct boss kit!

Geastb 0
How do you remove the collar? I might try that to see if it helps. I can always put it back on i suppose?
binliner 0
I took it to my mate who works at a vw specialist... basically you need some sort of pulling tool (the name of which escapes me at the moment)

Heardy 0
I had same problem the wheel being too far away on my corrado,i ended up getting a different momo boss (a shorter one) and what you need to do is to unbolt the centre part of the boss and swap it for a shorter one..
