amritkang 0 Posted January 15, 2009 Report Share Posted January 15, 2009 Hi guys Im gettin a really loud noise from the back to what sounds to me like the brake disc...its sounds like a grinding noise like a train is stopping on rails.....its only jus started and only happens sometimes......not even when i brake...anybody got any clue what is might be?Cheers Link to post Share on other sites
The Monk 50 Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 Check the security of your brake caliper.If you can, get the rear of your car into the air and give your wheel a horizontal push and pull from each side and then from the top to bottom......check your brake discs too as there could be a stone lodged between your disc and caliper.
