MaxLegroom 0
I've got a 1997 P reg VR6 with 51K on the clock and FVAGSH and it's a superb runner. Recently I've been finding a significant amount of water under the boot liner carpet and under the spare wheel. I've checked the drainage gullys down from the sunroof and both drainage channels are clear ( washing line cord was good to shove down there to do this ). Has anybody got any idea where i should start? How about new rear light seals and new boot rubber seal surround?.? Anything else worth trying? HELP !
jesterwalker69 0
Yer try the light seal. I was often getting this in the passenger side of the boot. When i took the after market light off the rubber/foam surround was saturated. I'm guessing either it was never drying out so water was flowing round it or it was that thin and old that it had just lost its water holding capacity.
Bigjobbo 0
Drill a hole in the wheel well. (Ahhhem) Who said that! Dum Dum is what you need, better seal, lasts longer and you can share it out! We use it to seal all that leaks.
