jims13 6
well the bloody begi fmu has..went to another local rr today to get some answers as ive been having a bucking problem , which felt like fuel cut.. ive tried everything and had convinced myslef it was boost/fuel related.seems i was right, we id 1 run and got 256bhp , which was weird as it only made 258bhp last time, and it also had the beginings of the problem then.turns out the the begi fmu, isnt pulling more fuel in on boost as it should.we used a vac gauge and applied vac directly to the fmu , and guess what !!!!hiss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, its got a split in the diaphram..i still cant believe it made 256bhp in its current state, and tbh it goes like stink as it is..ive ordered a new part ,(sytec) at a cost of around 120 quid (cheers storm develpments) ..so ill plumb it in and we'll see what happens, but expect a circa 50bhp jump in power and torque to match.ill report back when its in and rolling roaded again, hopefully sometime next week.as a side note, these were the only people who wanted to sell me one, the rest tried to sell me a custom map..which at his point i dont want nor need. (stealth dont do them , but were more than happy to help )

franchise 1
Sounds good brother. Quick one, I'm thinking of blowing mine in a year or so, so it's gonna be time to do some research. You run yours as a regular ride, daily operator or is she your weapon?
jims13 6
well, yeah its sort of a regiular ride..i do have acompany van, but the wife uses the vr and tbh the miles i do at the weekends , are what most people would cover in the week..for instance last weekend , i did 1 track day, approx 240 miles..180 of that on track, then went to santa pod and back..
