gavinvr6 0
just as the title says folks, does it actually need it? mine was broken (oh and glued back together) by the spanner that fitted my replacement engine and i just replaced the pump with a length of copper pipe as it was leaking very badly
craggsy 91
Yes, as it helps cool the head when engine has stopped running
NicDale 0
Yup mine seems to stay on a long time after i've switched the engine off so it must be doing something.
Bobtrude 0
its also helping against corotion. With it running, it minimizes bubbles that acumulates in the top due to heat. A new one is quite expencive tough. Cost me around 150 quids. . The copper pipe could be used for some time i guess, but only until u can afford a new/used pump.
