ventovr6essex1 0
sounds like your rear axel bushes could be weak and on heavy braking as your rear wheels are fighting for grip the axel is moving on the bushes and making the rear steer iwould also look at your front wishbone bushes as they can also make the car unstable under heavy braking if they are weak . i ended up polly bushing my car it transformed it . akso if the abs light was on your cars electronc brake force distrubution (ie load vave) will not be working properly . so it could be over braking the rear wheels
gtijames 0
would put the abs sensors in and then the abs system will work properly and go from there. try ecp or gsf for the sensors
ingham 5
mk3 golf vr6 brakes are set up to over brake at rear and the abs is there to catch any lock ups .so if youve got problems with rear sensors thats most likely the problem

Wideopentuning 0
Double check for worn front wishbone bushes, ball joints and tie rods. Also check to make sure the rear caliper slides are lubed and moving free.
