franchise 1
Right guys, here's one for ya.Got a sweet set of Audi S2 rims to put on the car pretty soon and am thinking of going anti-stretch, get some ledge going on, so am looking at 215 rubber. Now, the rims are 16x7 and when on the 20mm adaptors will sit at 17et. Question is, will 215/40/16 rubber fit under the arches at that et?Any help would be great.
Earwig 89
215 is the wrong size for that wheel. It's only 7" wide so 205 would be the better option for you and should also clear the arch ok.Mark.
binliner 0
at et17 I think you'll need more stretch than a 205 to fir it under the arch so the answer to your question is no... dependng on ride height obviously
franchise 1
Cheers fellas, I was after some ledge rather than stretch but I think the et is against me.195 it is then, as she will be pretty low, not too low of course ;-)
