mightyvr6 0 Posted August 28, 2004 Report Share Posted August 28, 2004 Its fairly straight forward. Might be easier to bolt the lower inlet on first (if the bolts are hard to get at)then the upper manifold with the TB already assembled. Shove bits of paper/ rags in the ports to the head and clean the surfaces which mate together with wet and dry sandpaper. Probably best to get new TB and inlet gaskets.
