oolubs 0
Well here goes. Some random bloke turnes up just before I'm gonna start the rad haha!!!You start by removing the two plastic nuts round by the wheels which hold on the bumper as the indicators and Light holder, also there are a few screws under the bumper which hold the plastic you can see on the right side.when u remove the bumper with a bit of wiggling, it gives you the bumper iron which has 6 screws which needs to removed then the bumper iron just lifts off also there is a plate from the plastic panel to the iron, which has 1 screw. And to remove the plastic grill which is just clipped in and can pulled away from the car. When the iron has been removed it leaves you with the rad exposed, Before you can remove it there are 4 screws inside the engine bay which holds in the rad and remove the 2 pipes from the top and bottom of the rad. This just shows the end result when it has been removed, not much to say except YUK!!Time for light refreshment, gotta say thanks to the girlfriend for the Bacon sarnies!!!!The state of my old rad was pretty bad dumping 2 ltrs a day of water. The new rad being put in, remember to connect all the pipes you have removed Tony lol, and the secure the rad inside the bonnet too by screwing therm back in.The bumper iron going back on, replace all the screws you have removed and shows the plate which slots into bumper iron and the top plastic panel. With the bumper iron in place you can put the bumper back on by replacing all the srews you have removed from earlier including the ones underneath. When the bumper is back you can put the front grill back on which is just held in by clips. The tools needed to do this job, you might want an adjustable spanner to remove the termostat from the rad too be put onto the new one, or buy a new one.random piccy of Tony and his car back finally.I'm sure i've missed some small items any questions feel free to ask me.Big Thanks to my girl and Tony for helping me..
