Hey, thanks for your help. I'm just concerned about how far to the left the manifold discharches the turbo. I don't want the downpipe tp touch the master cylinder booster. And C2 only makes a chip for my ecu, which supports a max of 350 hp. My motor is much more capable, but standalone is like $2700.00. Is there a happy medium? Not sure.

clean engine, whats the spec?

also what turbo you using?

i thought c2 mapped the ecu to run up2 around the 16-17 psi... i would have thought ud make around the 400 mark with that...

also this site states there fueling kits support upto 400bhp

That's why this ATP setup would be better for your application - http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=tp&Product_Code=ATP-VVW-177&Category_Code=BCS

In RHD cars, the turbo hits the gear shift cables, so you have to go over the top of them with a normal 90 degree or use a tight 90 and bring the pipe down just before the cables, but they might touch slightly.

The ATP setup is perfect, but it won't work for us as it hits our Brake booster!

You can get cheaper standalones but do you have a local guy who can tune it well?

As 6potMKII says, I'm sure C2 do a chip for 400hp on OBD1?

Hey, 6spot, thanks for you input, I need all the help I can get! The motor is a 2.8 with 8.5 - 1 ross pistons, so no gasket spacer. ARP hardware around the house, stock cams and fuel pump, rising rate fpr, Avcr controller. Good looks on the C2 stuff, but I believe, that stage two kit is only for obd2, where I have obd1.

And kev, thanks for your help as well, I got jerked on a half assed kit and am pieceing it together, atp does seem the route, but if I go with the manifold this jerk-off sent me, then I might have to fabricate. W'ell see the motor is going in as soon as I get the trans back from my rebuilder. He's putt'in a peloquin lsd and full rebuild into it.

another option maybe, probably not the best compared to decent standalone, but if theres anybody in the u.s. that can map the standard management, it may be worth converting to obd2 as i beleive the bosch obd2 managment will support upto 400bhp if you can control inlet temps....

as i say tuning wise, not as good as $2700 standalone, but maybe an option...

if that downpipe cleares everything in the engine bay, shouldnt be too hard making a branch off to the wastegate?
