I picked it up for £4000, plans straight away are to fit an exhaust, filter, change the front and rear lights and get my personal plate on.

I will then spend a few days machine polishing the body (i am a detailer by trade!) and get it looking like glass!!

In the near futre the wheels, suspension will be changed as i am not a big fan of the RS6's but they are nearly new with nearly new tyres so will run them over the winter and i may remove the votex kit and sell on. T

Over the winter various parts will be getting chromed and polished aswell!

Thats look alright you know... kit doesn't look too bad.. different.. ain't seen that before... just needs some lowering.. but if it were me, i'd leave the front lights...

Any tips on how to polish (to get that shine back) if you don't have a machine or is there no point ...?

Give it a good wash, the clay the whole car, wash again, then use a good polish follow that with a good sealant and finish with wax, leave for 24hrs and apply a second coat of wax. Always use good quality microfibres and keep turning them. The other is to remember to do things like the wheel arch liners and any plastics should be dressed along with and metal work polished and the tyres dressed as these just finish things off and don't detract from the rest of the work you have done on the paint.

I will do a full write up when i do the new one.

The bezza sold pretty quickly, and wasn't going to rush into a new car was going to wait for the right one well that took all of a few days!

Picked up the new ride last night, just had time to give it a quick wash and hoover, remove rear wiper.

Got a few bits in the pipeline! Anyway heres a few pics of the ride, got full votex kit, hella twin lights, eibach suspension and an exhaust that was all fitted from the factory.

Been sorting a few bits over the last few days, started off by getting some crystal clear rear lenses

[img width=640]http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b64/C3LJG/VR6/Picture014Medium.jpg

then i set about tinting them

[img width=640]http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b64/C3LJG/VR6/Picture015Medium.jpg

i left them over night to fully go off then today added several coats of lacquer, which when dry i rubbed down
