philbatesvr6 0
well i was gunning it down the a500 and i was changing gear hard then the pedal stuck down, i thought oh fcuk iv burst the pipe or some thingso i managed get it in 3rd and limped home ,when i was there the first thing i did was check the pipes , all ok so i checked the pedal and found that the master cylinder rod had pushed through the plastic block and snapped the cap off the housing that locates it to the pedal so iv welded the cap back on and tmorrow m going refit it all and giv it a tryjus wounderng if this was a common poblem or a one off ? *-) Moderator edit by: craggsyModerator edit by: craggsy
Goldie 0
id say that the problem was the slave cylinder being connected to the pedal, normally thats where the master cylinder goes.
