I was really tempted to buy it.You can paint them if you want to and just get the benefit of the weight saving - 2/3 lighter than a standard bonnet.PS, you are absolutely right about the mk3 cabrio roof - at 125mph the seal at the top of the windscreen suddenly stops working!!!
