cabrioman 6 Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 rite i got an upper front strut brace fitt which had made a big difference and now been thinkin about a lower one, now is it worth it ??? not gettin a rear one due to cant fitt it due to sub box and its a cabrio dont think i really need it at the back Link to post Share on other sites
VRmonster 1 Posted March 31, 2007 Report Share Posted March 31, 2007 you would actually be suprised by how much they need it at the back, well more to the rear seats like. ive been tempted to try and fit a rear one in the back and build my subs in around it. but to answer your question, i dont think the subframe bars would help much, yes they will stiffen the car up but the would take a lot of flex away that is actually needed to keep your wheels on the gound (in theory that is) but i guess the best way to find out is to fit one, theyre only cheap on ebay.you got any pics of a front one as i was thinking of getting one for mine but think it may foul on my intake piping.
