Just have a set of Wietec lowered suspension on mine. Just low enough to stop it looking like a 4x4, but not too low to have to argue with every speedhump that we come across. It damping adjustable too.

Besides guys be honest how often do you actually change the ride height in the course of a year? (he says waiting for the flames to come his way!)

The Polo GTi will at some point in its life get coilies as it will only take a minimal drop because of its front spoiler.

Its just cos you can get the exact height you want with coilies, most of the suspension kits are -40mm and I wanted a bit lower... though Im gonna have to drop it as low as I can for inters

Simon I got FK Konigsport, height and damping adjustable, Theyre probably not far behind your konis... whats wrong with the konis? or is it for the mk2

No they are for the VR mate, just that like you mines not low enough on the Koni's and when I had the SPAX ones on it (nice and low) the car used to hop around a lot at the front end. :o Very unnerving at a 100+ (on a track of course!) So weighing up how much it would be to get the FK's. I have heard they take ages to arrive also? Did you have much grief getting them and how much and where from?
