ChrisA6 0
I've reluctantly decided to sell my VR6 (K-reg with 147,000 miles) which I have driven since 1993 - the car had one previous owner and I got it with about 8,000 miles on the clock. However, I've got no real idea of a relaistic price - all thoughts welcome!A bit of background; It is in excellent condition, (garaged for most of its life) has a full service history and in recent miles has had comprehensive services including new belt, engine & brake service together with many new replacement suspension parts (rear springs, dampers, bump stops etc.)If its successor that I've just taken delivery of (an Audi A6 Quattro) give as much pleasure that will be wonderful but somehow I doubt it... SiGainey 1
I'd pay more than book price for a car that's had an owner for the last 14 years... Well commendable
purple highline monster 0
yeah gotta be worth a few extra quid just for the "authenticity" value, at least it been well looked after by the sound of it, what depreciation have you seen in those 14 years i wonder? vrs were expensive new so you must of given a few quid for a low miler? i rekon on 1k a year off the top of my head? ChrisA6 0
Thanks for all the feedback... Just picking up on the depreciation point; the car was listed at £18500 new and I got it at about £15K - so depreciation of about £1K pa is about right..Here is a recent photo...
