ben i know mate, i do like scoobs, but they are common. I think once i've decided to go down the 4x4 turbo rally route, i'll be looking at lancer evo's as they are rarer. I just think the scoobs are a bit "plasticy" indside.

and golfs are rare ;) lol

acf is the diff adjustable on the fly?

i haven't looked into it that much tbh' date=' i only found out they had asjustable diffs the other day, its only the very newest shaped WR1. only reason i suddenly got interested is that i've been hearing that the MY99 type cars hace cronic understeer...and i can't deal with any more understeer in my life!

Olly mate i know ur not up for the scooby thing.. take 1 out for a test drive gez see what u think ... serious definatly what im getting next without a shadow.. there the nuts 4wd turbo style ya man ;)

kina of my thoughts...i've driven a couple and they've impressed me. no winding up needed like the vr6. they feel very reasured on the road.

i thought evos and scoobs were the same build quality ie not great

pretty similar to vr6's really...good but not perfect.

The older shape 2 door imports also had an adjustable centre diff. Think they were called the wrx sti version (1-6or7) Type R. (Type R was the 2 door with adjustable centre diff, stiffer suspension and possibly no abs.)
