vr6madmike 0
Thats all I hear at the moment, I think its the rear brake disc, only does it when its very hot and as soon as you brake it stops, I have had the wheel off and the disc is slightly warped so could this be causing the squeek? c4mbl 1
try taking your pads out and give them a good clean, as well as ur brake discs. Might just be some crap stuck in it???
dellert 0
How do you know its warped? If it is warped then you need to get a new disc and pads. Like the man says strip and clean first, unless it all looks poop!
vr6madmike 0
If you rotate he disc you can see it has sideways movement it catches the pads then rotates then cathces them..... Didnt hear it today so hopefully it was just crap that worn off, Ive heard you can warp discs by driving hard then putting the handbrake on???
c4mbl 1
I hope u dont mean having the handbrake on whilst driving hard, Its fairly easy to warp them. Do you get a vibration through the steering wheel too when braking. If it was me id replace the discs and pads, problem solved.
vr6madmike 0
Its not been so bad recently think the rain helps keep them cool, Ive had the vibration thru the wheel before but that was the front discs, ive already replaced them about a year ago.
