richievr 1 Posted September 18, 2006 Report Share Posted September 18, 2006 ok then map and directions time!!1st here is a map :-very easy to get to from bournemouth : -come off the A31 going down the hill towards the M27 keep in left lane signposted brook,bramshaw,fordingbridgeafter about 1.5 miles you go into brookon the left is the green dragon pubafter this take the left fork towards downton,fordingbridge :-follow this road for about another 1.5 miles then turn left signposted oknell,bolderwood,linwood:-about 100 yards on the left side is the entrance to the gravel car park with plenty of room for loads of cars and a grass area for bbq gazebo etc. . . . . .from soton etc take the last exit off the M27 (junct 1) stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for brook, bramshaw, fordingbridge..then as above bring some food and drink and kids and footballs and whateveri'll bring a football or 2 and hopefully my r/c car to mess with..may bring bmx too??i will aim to get there for 12.30 so see as many as poss there i hope..UNLESS IT'S RAINING !!!mark(earwig) if you wanna camp then go for it but we are thinking this will be a sunday afternoon only thing rather than an alldayer...i'm sure there are some campsites close by but i am not sure mate Link to post Share on other sites
