OBD2 PCV INLET VALVE "COMMON FAULT??" INFO 4 U

Hi Can anybody tell me the part number of the t hose that connects to the PCV, mine doesn't currently have this hose and also any suggestions where the 2 hoses connect to after attaching to PCV? (its the hose the finger points to in pic) Stuck!!!
