One of the most interesting projects for lovers of high-speed cars, among other things is tuning older cars, where the engine undergoes massive improvements. Japanese automaker has unveiled the 2017 Toyota 86 at the 2016 New York Auto Show. The Toyota 86 essentially is a facelifted and renamed version of the Scion FR-S. Compared with the former Scion FR-S, the Toyota 86 sports car features more aggressive styling with somewhat lower and wider stance as well as a larger center intake. Subaru has unveiled the all-new 2017 Impreza in both Sedan and 5-Door body styles at the New York Auto Show.The fifth-generation Impreza debuts the Subaru Global Platform architecture, which has been designed to deliver enhanced agility, crash protection, ride comfort, and driving pleasure. Nissan has unveiled the new 2017 GT-R at the 2016 New York International Auto Show. Highlighted by new look inside and out, as well as a more power, this is the most significant facelift since it was introduced in 2007. The 2017 GT-R has received the new slightly enlarged V-motion grille to provide better engine cooling and now has a matte chrome finish, an updated mesh pattern. Mazda has pulled the wraps off the MX-5 Retractable Fastback (RF) at 2016 New York International Auto Show. Japanese automaker once again pleasantly surprised the fans of the iconic roadster, whereas the previous MX-5 has a Power Retractable Hardtop, the new MX-5 RF features a fastback styling with a smooth roofline that slopes down to the car’s rear. Honda has revealed the new racing livery for its Civic Red Bull Global Rallycross race car. Based on the production Civic Coupe, the all-new GRC car has been developed in partnership with Red Bull and champion-winning race team Olsbergs MSE with technical assistance from Honda Performance Development (HPD).
