  1. As above just wanting to know what's smallest wheel that fits over the 288mm brakes
  2. Ha there easy enough they use the same fuse box and I think you can use the standard van drive shafts and stuff to keep the original track fuel pump wise I used a mk4 1.8t one which fits straight in the standard tank.
  3. 1.9 sdi the diesel pump was broke and it had done 180k so was in need of a replacement.
  4. I do like the cupra front end it's just bin done loads the flocking was easy enough and turned out pretty good for my first attempt.
  5. Back in one peace also used the rear discs off the golf engine bay pic still need to connect the catch tank and tidy a few things up. relocated the ecu and had a go at flocking the dash and put that in got some ibiza cupra seats and mk4 steering wheel on. went with 595 rsr 205 50 15s all round
  6. They bolt straight in quite a easy swap to be honest I'm a body lad and I managed it just about anyway lol.

Ok so I went with the wide track mostly cause I had all the bits I I like the wide track,which was a good thing because it meant I had the 288 up front fitted some cheap coilovers upfront till I can save for some proper ones. so after that I started to bolt up the front end and started looking like a van again. it's abit tight to the front panel but there's loads of room at the back which is nice to no as I plan to turbo at a later date for now i got this 6 branch and made the side exit. also got told the standard van front mount wasn't upto the job so got a poly flex one woks great so after
  8. I've seen that in the flesh a guy called Danny did the swap and sold it on to who ever has it now it's a nice van, mines staying tatty on the out side for now I might get a roof rack and some ladders for a laugh.

Hi guys decided to start a build thread on my caddy at the moment its ready for mot but id thought id show you guys how It looked when i got it.The plan was to buy a cheap mk3 golf and put a 12v vr6 lump in it but then the caddy came up for sale for cheep I paid £300 notes for it and it came with a vr6 engine and box.oh yeah and half stripped the lad had crashed hisbvan an used mine as a spares van. First up was a test fit . After that pulled the mot or back out and cleaned up the bay. Timing chain and guides were next. Got the engine back together. Ready to go in. She's in. Got t
