  1. Cheers. Yeah had it running in the green one before the MOT proved it to be a rot box. Some clever covering up. My thinking was to get most things done whilst out. So clutch and chains are a good start thanks. Ill check when back on it at weekend with the inlet. Still a lot to do yet but looking forward to the finished product. This weekend both engines hopefully out and all parts e.g petrol tank, clocks etc and maybe more not the easiest on your drive but, where's the fun in easy.
  2. Hi guys not been on for a while as the project came to a stop, but is now in full swing at weekends. I'm taking my vr6 OB1 ( been informed still not sure) out of my very very rusty mk2 caddy van and putting it into a newer caddy shell. This is being done on my drive but I will not let the good old Manchester weather put me off. Any help at all is appreciated and I'm sorry if my question's seem a bit easy or stupid. I was wondering about changing over the petrol tanks, is it possible to clean out the diesel one and swop over pumps and of you go? Or would the whole diesel tank need to be swopp
