Hi everyone, Just a couple of quick questions for you. I'm going to re-hang my exhaust with powerflex rubbers (EXH006's), how many will I need ? Also where's the best place to jack the car up with a trolley jack so I dont damage anything ? Cheers Baz

Hi, Does anyone know what size these wheels are or indeed anything about the car ? I know they're BBS CH's & I'm thinking that they're 17" but I would like to know what width they are. Cheers Baz

Well they're not even opened yet so if I did decide on some coilovers I wouldn't lose that much on them if I were to sell them. Just wondering what shocks work best, saw some bilsteins that looked good value.

I've bought myself a set of eibach sportline springs (-50mm) but I'm not sure about which shocks to use, which ones give the best ride as I don't want anything to harsh as it's only going to be used on the road. Also are there any decent coilovers that aren't too harsh for road use ? Cheers Baz

Hi everyone, I'm looking at making an alloy heatshield for my K&N 57i. There was a threadon here that dates back to 2002 by someone called chrisreg that showed the link below. Hi, Has anyone here fitted bonnet dampers to their VR6 ? I only ask as I bought some a few weeks ago but when I went to fit them yesterday I found that the bolt in the inner wing is actually a screw thread but the bolts supplied are something like M8 & M10's. I phoned the company & was told that I have to screw the new bolts in place of the old ones & fit a washer & nut underneath ? Is this right & if so how do I get underneath the bolts to fit the washers & nuts ? Cheers for any help. Baz

Hi Everyone, I've just replaced the gearknob on my 97 VR6 & noticed a microswitch just below the thread. It's nothing to do with the reversing light as it doesn't actuate when you put it in reverse, could it be some sort of cruise control ? Baz

Hi, When I switch the engine off it makes a funny gurgling noise that sounds like it's coming from behind the dash ? The car doesn't overheat & the noise stops suddenly after 5 minutes almost like it's just turned off. Any ideas ? Baz
